My aim is to educate & empower my clients to live the lifestyle they want — one where you can not only achieve your goals but maintain them without sacrificing everything you enjoy.

While I stay up to date on the best science-based practices for fitness and nutrition, I also know that the human and coaching aspect are equally as important to helping you achieve your goals.
I take a client centred approach that is based around the actual science of fitness.
This Means:
-I am not your drill sergeant and will not shame you. Ever.
-I am working with your best interest in mind, not mine.
-I will always collaborate with you to ensure we have a plan you feel confident in and motivated by.
-I am invested in helping you achieve and sustain your goals. I don’t provide BS fitness hacks or rapid solutions.
-I am here to make your fitness journey as simple and effective as possible.
-I care about you developing your self-efficacy! I don’t think you should need me forever.
