What is the cost of the programs?
For online coaching it is $200 USD per 4 weeks with a 12 week commitment.
After the 12 weeks, it’s just $200 per 4 weeks until whenever you would like to stop.
Why is there a 12 week commitment?
As we want to ensure that we can actually help you reach your goals, we require a longer term commitment for new clients. We don’t focus on fast results or quick fixes. We aim to help you reach your goals in a sustainable way. This requires more time than just a 4 week crash diet.
Can you write me a meal plan?
No. We are not registered dieticians so we are not allowed to. We also don’t think of them as long term solution. We aim to help teach you how to configure your diet to reach your goals and sustain them while having a healthy relationship with food and your body.
Do I have to track calories?
Of course not. Some of our clients do and some of them actually have goals not to. Its completely up to you, your goals and what you’re comfortable with.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free trial, but we do offer a complimentary coaching call to all perspective clients who have applied for coaching. This is to see if we’re even a good fit and feel like we can help you. This is free of charge.
Do you guys offer discounts?
No, we do not. If you can’t afford this service that is totally understandable. You can follow us on IG, read our blogs and ask us questions through our ask me anythings and our just DM us. We try to help as many people as possible. Not only the ones who are paying us.
Do I need to train in a gym?
No. Gyms are great and will give us the most options to work with, but we’ll work with what you have. We just need to see what equipment you have and we’ll program with that in mind.
Will there be hard feelings if I can’t continue after the initial 12 weeks?
OF COURSE NOT. We appreciate all of our clients, followers and community. We hope to teach you so that you can eventually navigate your fitness journey alone if thats your goal.
Is there a special diet I have to follow? (Vegan/keto/paleo etc.)
Nope. We work with your preferences. If you follow one of those diets, we’ll support that and coach you to fit the lifestyle you want. We don’t promote any unique diet. That’s up to you.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We don’t guarantee results as this is a collaborative process. But if you adhere to your plan and are honest within our communication, you can definitely expect results.
What do you expect from me?
Honesty, consistency and effort. We really value open and honest communication with our clients. We promise you the same in return.
When does the program start?
The 12 weeks starts on the day of your first workout. But we don’t start working on your program until payment has been recieved.
Who are these programs for?
We specialize in working with general population clients who are looking for weight loss, muscle/strength gains, nutrition habits and lifestyle transformation. We work in a collaborative manner. We’re not your drill sergeant. We’re your coach. If none of that is for you, then our program won’t be for you.
Who isn’t this program for?
We don’t work with people who are currently working through a diagnosed eating disorder, as it is out of our scope of practice. We also don’t work with people with competition specific training (physique competitors/olympic/powerlifting). We’d love to help with those goals, but there are better suited sport specific coaches that we’d be happy to refer you to with that goal in mind. We also can’t work with anyone who has a serious medical condition without medical clearance.
