The third element of your program is where the fun begins.

Now we train.

What does that mean though? Are we just going to train you until you tap out and do all the new cool fad workouts? Probably not. Well, maybe we will if your goal is to be exhausted and become proficient in fad workouts. What we will for sure be doing is: assessing your movement ability and core stability. Gathering an understanding of your training history and injury history. Then designing a program based off of all of these factors and of course, your specific goals.

We think you get the point. As long as it is within our scope of practice and within our knowledge base, we will program and coach you to achieve your specific goals.
